Dr. Mark Hyman says "dietary factors such as excess sugar, refined carbohydrates, saturated fats and trans fats as causes but adds that just eating too many calories can create inflammation" and "that the most common causes of inflammation are our diet and being sedentary" So get up and move every 20 minutes & do something!
