I do my main exercise in the morning but after sitting at the computer for hours throughout the day I am ready for a break. In the evening I put a my rubbermade step stool near the tv, pop in a movie and step up and down for 20 minutes. It works the kinks out from sitting too long and burns some additional calories.I think of this as an exercise snack.

Take the Steps....Take the Steps....Take the Steps Taking the steps allows you to get some exercise in throughout your busy work day. Use the policy of always taking the steps.
For example, If you have a meeting at work on the 9th floor (and you are on the 3nd) leave a little earlier and take the steps!!! 252
Wait 3 hours after eating before exercising. (longer if you had a big meal) I read that if you exercise after eating your body will be focused on burning carbs rather than fat.

The best way to clean to mix it up. Use the step stool and instead of a bucket of water, go up and down the steps to rinse a dirty cloth. Don' t be afraid to get on your hands and knees and stretch to the back of the cupboard. Reach for the stars and get any stray cobwebs too! Enjoy the result.
