My best friend gave me a kick start to finding a habit forming way to start exercising. He said if I spend 2 minutes each morning and each night, I will form a habit. I have already lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks on GoSimpleDiet.com and just started toning with his push,sit, plank where I do 5 push ups, then 5 squats (all the way down), then lay on my back and hold my head up for 10 seconds. I do this 5 times and it takes about 2 minutes. Feeling Great!

Having trouble holding a plank38 I take my mind off the length of time I hold one by trying to do it for the duration of a record on the radio and by concentrating on my breathing. So far (this morning) I've managed 4;23 to Robbie William's Feel. I "Feel" 345 It works every time!
