Got with a Dietitian to work on a lifestyle change program so I can learn to keep it off but more importantly feel better and live healthy. She suggested a supplement program called GoSimpleDiet.com to help me kickstart the weight loss so I wouldnt get discouraged with slow weight loss. Anyone got any suggestions? Got to get some motivation!
I did try GoSImpleDiet and it has worked really well in the first week. My favorite part with supplements is that I dont have to rely them as I learn habits. Last night I had a delicious grilled trout. Put it in tin foil with one tsp butter, one fresh lemon squeezed and a little thyme on top!
