Take a front, side & back picture once a week. Try & stay in the same pose & place but change your clothes around! Name each photo with week & weight.
Save pictures in a folder on your desktop, upload to Spark People or you can even use a picture editor to combine all three pictures side by side & set the current picture as your profile picture on Spark People or set as desktop wallpaper!
The pictures allow you to see your progress in toning & weight loss instead of relying on the scale!
This works better than weekly weigh-ins because you can see the results of your hard work!
Have you ever been scheduled for a family portrait and had to cancel? If you forget to take your weekly picture, you will feel the same way.
Often a Sparkmember will have a gorgeous picture as their page background but it will be hidden by the page itself, usually only showing the outer edges of the picture, no matter how far down you scroll.
To uncover the picture, right click and choose View Background Image - the whole picture will open in another tab and you'll be able to see the smiling face!
Have you recently been in a hurricane, tornado or other disaster & all your precious pictures have stuck to their frames or are a mess in a Photo Memories Scrapbook & you didn't have them backed up? If you have pictures that have been submerged in water, have stuck together or stuck on their picture frames - they really aren't lost. Take the pictures & put them in a large container filled with just barely warm tap water. If the H2O gets dirty, replace it until it stays clean. The water will
gently separate the pictures from each other. You can simply hang them on a line with a couple of clips at the top. If dealing with a large picture, placing a number of clips at the bottom will prevent the picture from curling during the drying process. Your precious memories can be saved!.
