the 3 day diet I tried at first it claims that you will loose 10 lbs on it ( not true) and not good to lose weight that fast, but wwhat I learned about was proper proportions, and it gives you an idea of what you should be putting in to your body so even when the diet is over I try to eat the way that the diet has shopwn me to believe me on that diet I was NOT hungry, and I got to eat icecream the tuna fish diet get it online eat in variety after your diet
it says to make sure not to use the diet consistantly as after the 3 days, you to stop but then my advice is to copy the diet by using your diet as a meal plan as to the measurements of your foods and each week say tuesday wednesday and thursday you use the diet eat a variety after

Strict Diet Regimen for a Few Days w/Weight Loss Being its own Motivation
After 8 months of struggling to get back on track and stay there for more than a few days, I finally found what works for me... I ordered the 17 Day Diet book. What a life changer. It is unlike any diet I have ever been on (trust me I have been on a lot). It is so easy to follow and the foods are great. You don't miss a thing. My 9 and 8 year old have also said they want to be on my diet because my food is good. It has opened my families eyes to new ways of eating old foods. It is well worth the $30 investment for the book!!!
I'm on a 400 calorie/meal four times a day diet. Early on, there were food suggestions, but I have gone through them, and I was getting bored. Variety is the spice of life! So I've been experimenting with other foods, things I thought I'd never be able to eat again because they are too caloric. But I was wrong!
