The only way I can become a stronger, faster runner is to confront the challenge of running faster and longer than I have run before. Why settle for revisiting the feats that have been mastered or the challenges I know I can accomplish?

To become my best self, I have to accomplish the goals that I have yet to master. I will confront each challenge, give it my very best, and purpose myself to try, try, try until I overcome!

MORE INFORMATION:
I was torn between the 5K Your Way Running & "Rookie" Running trainings. Honestly, the rookie program is more approachable; I've already mastered the content of the first few weeks. The running training starts where I feel challenged. So, I'll confront my challenge, start running, & overcome!

    This is such an inspiring thing to remember! Many days I will go on a run and go "easy" on myself. This will only keep me at my current level, if I want to be better, I need to challenge myself to go a little farther or a little faster each time!
