To become my best self, I have to accomplish the goals that I have yet to master. I will confront each challenge, give it my very best, and purpose myself to try, try, try until I overcome!
I was torn between the 5K Your Way Running & "Rookie" Running trainings. Honestly, the rookie program is more approachable; I've already mastered the content of the first few weeks. The running training starts where I feel challenged. So, I'll confront my challenge, start running, & overcome!
