Try using a straw to sip your water. Those wide extra long straws used for milkshakes work wonderfully. I get a thrill knowing that a tool created by the fast food industry to trick me to drink more sugary shakes/soda faster can now do the same magic with my healthy lemon spiked water. That in itself motivates me to get in my daily water.

I find it easier to drink water that is ice cold so I found a water bottle that has an easy screw off top that I can easily put lots of ice in quickly and I find myself enjoying getting to my 8 cups a day!
