One of my lamest excuses for skipping my early am workout was that I didn't want to wake my husband up by rummaging around for workout clothes. So now I "make a pile" at bedtime, with everything I need right down to a ponytail holder and pedometer. So now my workout partner will send me a text that reads "MYP, 5", short for "make your pile, we're going at 5:00am tomorrow morning".

When I am doing housework I will take one item at a time to the place it is supposed to be instead of making a pile for the bedroom and a pile for the bathroom etc. I park as far as I can and if I can, I walk to a store or a place of business I will instead of driving.
