While working out don't give up. Sometimes all you have to do is, just slow down a little. Then catch your breath and continue your workout. emoticon emoticon

If you keep moving and every time you do your work out, sooner or later you will complete the workout. This will make you feel great when this happens. Remember this takes time, give yourself that time.

    Sometimes i do not or i find it hard to get up and start moving. So i do leg lifts in the place (sofa or chair) where i'm sitting. One leg at a time 3 sets of 10 lifts. Then i do both legs the same way. I then work my arms by putting them straight out at my side, doing circles forward and backwards. this makes me feel good that i did something. And most off the time it leads me to getting up and doing more. Maybe this can help others.
