Tonight I was to bowl and I started out but my thumb stuck so I got a 2,next was a spare and then a 9. When I threw that I pulled something on the right side of my hip to my waist. I couldn't pick up the ball or throw it so had to come home. I started to walk and it felt better and I ended up walking 14,311 steps, 10.84 miles. Timed walk 100 minutes , 8.71 miles. Never quit no matter what you always can push forward. Smile and have a great day and I will bowl tomorrow.

    WOW, that is an amazing amount of steps. I use to average 3,300 per day, now 5,000. My goal is to get to the 10,000, but 14,000 WOW!!! Thanks for the inspiration. emoticon
