Cut Down On Cooking Oil

This Sparked Me!

Put all of your oils in spray bottles, label them and adjust the spray to a mist. Use in place of cooking sprays - you'll need much less oil when you saute foods.

I found some glass spray bottles at a dollar store, so they don't have to break your budget. You'll also be saving money if you routinely buy cooking-spray oils, as well as helping the environment since you won't be adding all those empty cans to the landfill!
