Mind over Matter...or refrigerator...or cookie....or candy...or sweet
When I have a craving that I know it's not a healthy choice for me, I stop and mentally (or sometimes verbally) remind myself that I have control over my choices. My mind is stronger than the craving and I can walk away.
I can then choose to occupy myself doing something and before I know it I no longer have the craving!
When you find yourself craving that one thing and you can't find a substitution that fills it.... indulge! I'm not saying do it every day but every once in a while if you can make it fit in your calories then do it. Better a small controlled amount now then risking a binge later
