We all know this type of motto. We ignore it or make excuses for it, cause we can and we're lazy to some degree. I have plenty of issues/medical conditions to fill in the blank and use as an excuse to /NOT Maintain\ my goals. But, not until lately have I noticed that my health, self respect, and my body are ONLY about me. I'm not about any fantasy I have crazy built in my head. I am about living out the rest of my life as a Healthy & Happy individual. - My Success is truly dependent upon me!
