To much of my life was filled with anger and frustration because I said yes and did things I didn't really want to do. Thinking I would be a bad person if I said "No!" And this lead to anger and frustration and eventually emotional eating.
After reading the book " You Are What You Say" pages 168-170. I now know why I had the habit of saying Yes when I meant NO! It's amazing how good it feels to be able to say No when I really want to say No! Knowledge is power.

MORE INFORMATION:
One way I do this is practice looking in the mirror and saying the Word over and over. Just to get use to hearing myself say it.
