When you don't feel like hitting the gym, is when you need it most!
Don't let your mind rob your body of a good workout. Stop making excuses on why I should skip the gym. Headache, Too tired, or I just don't feel like it. None of these excuses will make you look better in that bathing suit. So work extra hard on these days to show your body who is in charge!
Stop thinking of exercise as something that you should do. Instead, approach it as a normal part of your day, as essential as eating dinner or even using the bathroom. This helps me stop making excuses for why I don't have to do it or don't want to do it. It just gets done!
