Stop Making Excuses




Just stop making excuses. Stop drinking alcohol, stop eating sweets, stop eating unhealthy foods.

Either you want this or you don't, but making excuses why you can't stop doing the unhealthy things does NOT make them okay. It's not going to kill you to stop them at least temporarily. Is it?

How bad do you want it? Bad enough to not have it until your meet your goals?
