Around 80% of diabetics have low magnesium. Gloucose cause magnesium to be flushed from the system. Magnesiun can improve insulin sensitivity and also help us to absorb Vitamin D, calcium and potassium. If you have poor sleep, leg cramps, fatigue or migraines you could be low in magnesium.

    I take magnesium at night. This helps me sleep at night.
