I've tried quite a few, and my favorite brand is SweetLeaf. It has no aftertaste whatsoever as other brands may have, and as an added benefit it includes inulin, a dietary soluble fiber which is also a prebiotic. Just check the reviews on Amazon. Add SweatLeaf to your iced tea, oats, whatever and you will be loving it!

My dietitian is REALLY against artificial sweeteners like Splenda and such but she isn't against Stevia!
Stevia is a natural sweetner - fairly new to the market - and still being researched... I will pass on this website which give information on both sides - the good and the bad (which isn't much)... http://www.steviasideeffects.org/
Replace your diet soda with a flavored liquid stevia in your water. It comes in many flavors and has no calories. Stevia is safe; plus it does not cause food carvings or feed your body toxins like the sweeteners in diet soda. Try stevia, I know you will like it , as well as save money!!
I've seen ads on SparkPeople for "diet" foods that look interesting, so I decided to check out some frozen dessert items. I found that Skinny Cow & Weight Watchers both had more calories, carbs, & sugar & cost more than the supermarket brand of some items. (Click on title for more info....)
Maybe those name brands taste better in a side-by-side taste test, but the supermarket brand item I purchased tasted great. But check the labels because the supermarket brand was not the best deal on all items.
