I use Nature's Own 40 calorie bread slices, Fifty50 jelly, and then a 1 part: 1 part mixture of Peanut Wonder and Walden Farms calorie free Peanut Spread (I use 1 tbsp each).
A regular peanut butter and jelly sandwich can be over 300 calories. With this, I get a PBJ sandwich for about 135 calories. Also, you can try it with just the Walden Farms Peanut Spread, but I really don't like the taste or consistency by itself.

If you eat your peanut butter on something that you warm up first (ie. Toast, Eggos, etc.). Be sure to 1st measure out your serving. But put it on the toast or eggos right away. The peanut butter melts and goes further. Thus meaning you don't need as much to cover the toast or egoos.
I eat eggos or a slimbun (toasted) every morning with peanut butter and jelly for breakfast. I usually only use about 2 tsps on each half (around 126 calories in peanut butter). The total calorie count is around 350 for the egoos, and 280 for the slim bun and peanut butter and jelly.
Dry peanut butter all the benefits without the calories.
Bell Plantation makes a dry peanut butter that I just discovered and am super excited about!! I hate eating PB sandwiches with just a small smear of PB that doesn't even taste like it has any on it. But finally, powdered peanut butter has only 45 calories for two Tbs. You just mix it with water and eat. It has low fat too!!
