Distracting myself helps me get past a craving. Wait until I finish..the dishes-the laundry- that report, etc. There is always something to do, and if you have "too much to do" to snack, then all is well. After all, I got to this state of health by being "too busy to exercise", so the plan is to put that mentality to a positive end.
