Whenever I'm lacking motivation to exercise, I log onto Pinterest & browse the fitness section. The pins on there are so very helpful: you can find workout routines, diet tips & inspirational quotes. I usually can't let myself pig out on sweets while I'm repinning things like that. I've also found that I get so motivated that I often leave my computer to go workout after a few minutes on Pinterest.

Self motivation and the motivation of online friends
I had a hard time with making a vision college. First off I didn't have a printer and second, I don't get magazines or anything. The other day I was on Pinterest. I made a board and am now using it as my vision college and motivation! There are so many cool things on Pinterest and I can go to any website and pin whatever motivational things I want!!
I follow fitness blogs on Tumblr and board on Pinterest to keep me motivated. When I find something I like on Tumblr I post it on my Pinterest so when I feel like I need some motivation I just go there and see a wall of reasons why I work out and eat healthy. Works great!
