A Whole Lot Of Walking To Lose The Weight!

For me there are two things that have paid off and taken the weight off: I have to commit to walking between 25 -30 miles a week and cutting out all sodas.

I have changed my diet to 6 small meals and 2-3 snacks...I find that this much exercise allows you a bit more leadway as far as what you can eat, a few more calories hasn't hurt me, I feel I burn it right off .I do love Oatmeal, Salmon, leafy green vegetables, Sweet Potatoes are a great meal.

    That's what I have been doing...walk walk walk...I love it!

    I walk for an hour every day with my dogs. Sometimes I jog some of it but mostly I just enjoy walking my dogs, listening to an audiobook, and enjoying the outdoors.

    Walking is one of my very favorite exercise, I try to walk 90 minutes everyday weather permitting! emoticon
