For me there are two things that have paid off and taken the weight off: I have to commit to walking between 25 -30 miles a week and cutting out all sodas.
I have changed my diet to 6 small meals and 2-3 snacks...I find that this much exercise allows you a bit more leadway as far as what you can eat, a few more calories hasn't hurt me, I feel I burn it right off .I do love Oatmeal, Salmon, leafy green vegetables, Sweet Potatoes are a great meal.

TV is on and I'm sitting on here comfortably. I know I have move and shake my body more. I just get up and just start moving around otherwise I'll never notice the difference. Don't think about it, stop being lazy, JUST MOVE!!!!
