I LOVE Mac and Cheese but avoid it as it is a calorie disaster and not all that nutritious...however I recently made a lighter and healthier version that was pretty darn good. I used 1/2 the normal amount of pasta and instead substituted cauliflower. Delicious!

For a quick nutritious 1 pan dish that 's fun & kids will like. 1 pkg Annie's bunny mac & yummy cheese. Boil the pasta & microwave birdseye greenbean stirfry vegetables, use a little water from veggies & toss cheese mix veggies & pasta season to taste. By not using any milk or butter &chosing organic mac n cheese you avoid fat calories & preservatives. Yummy cool for easter with the bunny shaped pasta too450
