I am a mother of 7 children, and I don't always have time to get in a workout. So instead of skipping, I take the kids and off we go! Sometimes we explore a neat trail, or we make an adventure by going on a hike. Whatever we do, we not only are ALL getting in a good workout, but we're spending time together as a family! And I'm teaching my children good habits as well! It's a win all around!! :-)

Listening to podcasts while exercising makes the time go by quickly and you can learn something at the same time.
I love filling up my Ipod with my favorite podcasts and going for a long walk. Pretty much any topic you have interest in there is a podcast for. I get mine through the Itunes home page.
