1. Be PATIENT with yourself.
2. You are stronger than you really think.
2. Take baby steps when you've fallen down.
3. Don't under-estimate yourself.
4. Give YOURSELF and your HEALTH top-priority.
5. Learn everyday something about yourself.

    NEVER GIVE UP! I love all 6 of your rules. They are so true and taking those baby steps end up with a huge success! Biting off too much surely means failure. But the baby steps can only end up in progress. emoticon
