I will continue to say what I have been saying to myself, and to others as they travel on their weight-loss journeys to good health:
1. Be PATIENT with yourself.
2. You are stronger than you really think.
2. Take baby steps when you've fallen down.
3. Don't under-estimate yourself.
4. Give YOURSELF and your HEALTH top-priority.
5. Learn everyday something about yourself.
