Yes, that is how I felt when I first started Spark and I'm sure others would agree. My advice is to break it up into smaller chunks and ask lots of questions. Join a team and get to know the members. They will be happy to help and in turn, you can help the next newbie. Like anything, it gets easier in time. Just remember it is worth it and YOU matter.

I read in a Magazine that if you come home to an unorganized environment, you feel overwhelmed and no energy- just thinking of what is looming infront of you. I feel this! It just makes me want to go to bed, and it seems WAY too overwhelming to know even where to start! So what I found was: give yourself 5 min. Say, "I'm going to power-clean, just for 5, thats not too much" Sooner than you know it, you will be burning calories cleaning a mess!
This has given me so much energy that I felt I wanted to go for a run afterwards, or continue the cleaning. It also helped during down time- I could really relax, so I could get my energy back faster! Even just try the 'at commercials' cleaning.. that will get you further too!
