In the past, I thought I could exercise enough to make up for the bad habits I had let build up around my diet. But, if you do the math-that's just not going to happen.

Losing weight has to be about eating less and eating better.

Exercise is for strength, endurance, stess busting and all around good health.

    not sure if I'm eating enough, not dropping a lbs. so discouraged.

    Soo true! When I finaly started working out I thouht that I could eat all the fried foods I wanted and that belief actually brought me to the heaviest point in my life! Now I know that exercising to lose weight means nothing unless you're eating healthy as well.

    I thought the same that if I burned enough calories I could eat whatever. Boy was I wrong. I am learning to eat whole foods amd I making sure the food I. Eating is nutritous. emoticon
