Don't look at your primary goal - sometimes it can seem overwhelming to think about it. Break your big goal into smaller goals and celebrate each accomplishment until you reach your primary goal. I bought myself a small patchwork stuffed elephant to remind me that the only way I can eat this elephant is one bite at a time!
