I never thought I'd be a runner, until I decided to do the mailbox running. Run from 1 mailbox to the next and walk the next 3 or 4 boxes. When you become comfortable add another mailbox and lessen a walk mailbox. Before you know it you will be running a 5K!!!

During these days I discovered after 3 to 3.5 miles run , I was not properly cooling down. I was just taking 5 mins to cool down and doing stretching thereafter.I has feeling diziness for few hours after the run.Now I have increased the duration to 15 mins and feeling quite comfortable. I had lost hope that I may not be able to run but the 5K programmes of SP for beginners has helped me alot.
I really hate to exercise, it would cause so much pain. I needed to build up the muscles! So I started water jogging. Same benefits, much more fun, and no pain. You'll feel like noodle when you get out of the water though ;)
