Mailbox Running For Beginners!




I never thought I'd be a runner, until I decided to do the mailbox running. Run from 1 mailbox to the next and walk the next 3 or 4 boxes. When you become comfortable add another mailbox and lessen a walk mailbox. Before you know it you will be running a 5K!!! emoticon
