When I started my journey I was great following healthy foods and giving up all the "junk" foods I was eating...then the "cravings" started... I wanted to eat everything...that was full of fat and carbs and so high in calories it was going to put on 20 lbs in one meal!!~~ Started to chat to myself...lol...I do that often...AND made a pact with myself...that IF I hit a mini-goal...I would "Treat" myself to ONE of those cravings~~BUT I had to go right back to my healthy foods....
So Along comes first mini goal...I had my "fatty fast food treat" and DID go right back on my healthy eating plan....then set another Mini goal....and started "PLANNING" my next "treat"... May not be everyone's Cup of Tea...but it motivated me to get to each new mini-goal and I lost 90 lbs~
