Finding something you love to do, it may be taking a walk, playing basketball or using Xbox kinect or the Wii game systems. If you are up moving a sweating you are getting a workout. If you love what you are doing you are way more likely to keep doing it.

When you want to be successful with your fitness routine, find something you love to do. You will stick with it longer. When you love to do it ..you are less likely to become bored. It becomes something that you enjoy doing for a longer period of time. It become a pleasure to do.
The same is true when trying to find a job..Find one you truly love..it become a pleasure to go to work
Find a workout that you get up and are excited about. Something you can get addicted to and not feel the same if you don't do it. I found a workout that I absolutely love and get pumped for every meeting. ZUMBA! It is dance that is fun and sassy. Sweat is pouring off of me and I have made many friends in the local classes.
