If I am really wanting something like a treat or a particularly high calorie meal, I always try to track it first. Sometimes just punching in those numbers along with everything else I plan to eat will make me change my mind if all of my nutrients won't add up right because of it, and I find myself choosing something else.. And other times it fits into my plan just right and I can go and eat it guilt free!! Tracking ahead helps you made smart decisions!

I have found that if I track all of my meals, exercise or water ahead of time I am more likely going to do as I already have said. If I don't track my lunch ahead of time I will more than likely go out to eat & I can't have that.
