Each week I weigh in I make a scrapbook square 2" in size out of paper (or some people have referred to it as a quilt square) and put it on a large poster hanging in my room. When I feel that I may not be going any where I just look at my colorful poster and see where I have been and how far I have come. Keeps me going.

The secret for loosing weight and keeping with it for me is motivational posters. I will read the motivational quotes and when I am feeling low I will go to pinterest and look up fitness motivation or weight loss. The pictures and words lift me up and give me the determination to succeed. I feel seeing others who have gone the distance give me the push I need. I know I can do it to and so can you.
