i have a huge sweet tooth which is not good for my healthy life style goals. So whenever I get the urge for chocolate I eat a chocolate fiber bar. They not only make me feel like I'm eating something naughty, like a candy bar, but add fiber and protein to my diet. Try it out!
When wanting something chocolatey or down right devilish...
I eat a light fudge bar. It satisfies my cravings and is only 45 calories, 0 fat, 2mg Chol., 40 mg Sod., 10 Carbs, and 4 Sugars. Way better than any candy bar or baked treat. They are delicious and curb my cravings for something naughty. I have them most often after coming home from my exercise buddies house. I drive by 3 icecream shops, talk about temptation.
