I have found the key to weight loss and increasing ones metabolism is eating 5-6 meals a day and limiting the fat, sugar and sodium. Fresh fruit and vegetables is a key factor in living healthy and weight loss.

Frisk 30-45 min walks 3-5 times a week along with some strength training helps to define the body as well.
