Choose one mini-goal to complete every day. Drink one more 8-ounce glass of water than you did yesterday OR add one extra serving of veggies than you did yesterday OR put in 10 minutes of exercise before lunch (even if it is walking up and down the stairs in 1-2 minute intervals for a total of
10 minutes). Doing one small thing and doing one small thing every day will help you form healthy habits. Keep doing small things every day, and you will realize that you are making healthy habits that help you lose weight, have more energy, and have that healthy glow about you.
