One time I read a magazine article that said if you can't get your kids to eat a certain vegetable, say peas, but they'll eat green beans every chance they get, then stop trying to give them peas and give them green beans ALL THE TIME! Variety is good, but some veggie's better than no veggie. Now, I use that on myself. I tend to not like variety, but I add mushrooms and tomatoes to EVERYTHING, so I celebrate that.
Celebrate what you do, and don't beat yourself up over what you don't!
