When you are stuck in a plateau, drink four or more glasses of green tea a day with a squeeze of lemon or lime! Do not add sugar. If you must have a sweetener, add a little bit of honey!

The tea will detox your body, boost your metabolism, burn fat, increase exercise endurance and block fat absorption!

Adding green tea to your diet twice or more a week will improve your overall health and weight loss efforts!

If it’s “green tea” in a bottle from a grocery store, it probably doesn’t have the same benefits as natural green tea that you brew from home.

Green tea contains about 20 mg of caffeine per average serving. This is much less than coffee and less than Oolong tea and black tea.

    HELLODOLLY2012 make sure that the green tea is organic. A great brand is Bigelow organic green tea. I buy mine in bulk at Sams Club. I noticed many brands of green tea has caffeine (small amounts) such as Lipton but the organic has zero! Hope this helps!
