Take a front, side & back picture once a week. Try & stay in the same pose & place but change your clothes around! Name each photo with week & weight.

Save pictures in a folder on your desktop, upload to Spark People or you can even use a picture editor to combine all three pictures side by side & set the current picture as your profile picture on Spark People or set as desktop wallpaper!

The pictures allow you to see your progress in toning & weight loss instead of relying on the scale!

This works better than weekly weigh-ins because you can see the results of your hard work!

Have you ever been scheduled for a family portrait and had to cancel? If you forget to take your weekly picture, you will feel the same way.

    I love this idea and will start with my weigh in next week. I already have some bathing suit and shorts pics of me 3 weeks ago.... Should be good motivator. Thanks.
