With the change of diet, and I have gone wild with my Zumba exercising. It is fun, exciting, and you can go at your own pace. You are moving every part of your body. You will feel energized, pumped up, and be ready to see and even feel like a new person. Awe, if you love to dance, then Zumba is it. Believe me, you will not want to stop even when the DVD stops. Sparkpeople site is a plus, too! Ok, back to that Zumba DVD. My journey is just beginning............

I love Zumba! I made a one hour play list of dance music and challenge myself to remember as many Zumba moves as I can while dancing to it like a mad woman! Keeps it fresh and challenging. I don't feel like I am working out, just having fun, especially when Staying Alive comes on and I try to remember some of Napolean Dynamite's sweet moves. 419
