When I start eating something good I can't stop and end up stuffing myself. emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
When I complete my portion I force myself to do something or think of anything other than the craving. Sometimes I think about the good I'm doing for myself when I stop eating even though every fat cell in my body is screaming to keep eating!! And after a while the craving subsides. emoticon

    I've been filling up on watermelon! You can eat a lot of it for very little calories and it's very filling. It cures my sweet tooth too. I drink lots of water with everything I eat to help fill me up.

    I eat soo much of my favorite foods that I started buying more healthy products for my household. So instead of chips I'll eat fruit or a light snack. It's all about what you see and don't see. emoticon

    I understand this problem. I love all food. Always too much. Let's try together to find a new way of eating that brings both joy and success.

    I had the same problem, and that is why I dont allow myself any of those trigger foods like chips, cake, cookies, chocolates. I dont even eat low cal, nonfat, or sugar free versions because they keep that craving lingering. I find that I dont have as many cravings this way, and when I do I look at my motivation photos, or eat something else like fruit or almonds, or even yogurt. It may not be what I am dying for at the time but after I'm done with it Im usually satisfied, and proud of myself for staying on track!

    IM THE SAME WAY. EVEN IF IM FULL ILL KEEP EATING IT CUZ I LOVE IT. IM TRYING REALLY HARD TO DISIPLINE MYSELF.

    Well I have trouble with random eating too but maybe we could try to slow down and switch gears before we get to that "bad food" what if we ate a whole bag of baby carrots or two apples.... sometimes you cant stop your self but were the ones picking what we put in there. Fruits and veggies give us fiber so.... its not the worst thing you could do. lets be mindful and try to slow down and make a substitution.
