Ginger and cinnamon help with weight loss because they allow your metabolism to increase. Only one problem, though: you can't have them if you're taking medication, because they allow the faster absorption of medicine (booo!). So ask your doctor before you take it, ok? :)
Take a table spoon of ginger, a table spoon of cinnamon, mix with water in a small sized pot. Wait until it boils for a minute or so, then add to your cup. Taste packs quite a punch, and you should feel warm/ hot feeling in your throat-- that's the ginger cinnamon taste. Trust me, it's normal! :)
