Veggie Water 2



Cool and freeze the water from steamed or boiled veg to use as stock in soups. You could even pop the icecube into a bowl of soup or stew to cool it down.

  • What a great idea! Gathering the water from miked veggies etc. and putting it all together. My hugs cannot have store processed stocks; not even low sodium bec he cannot have potassium added in, as it often is, in such cases. Thanks emoticon - by KAT573
