I just started a desk job and, fearing I would hit the vending machines, just bought a bag of small apples at Trader Joe's which I leave on the windowsill. Whenever I get hungry i just grab one and not only do I kill the craving, I get in a serving of fruit.

Add slices of frozen fruit to your water for a better taste. I buy a bag of mixed fruit but you can add almost any fruit. Strawberries, watermelon, raspberries, etc. It taste better than some of those taste additives from the store, and you get your fruit serving! I will mix up to a cup of fruit into my days worth of water and drink throughout the day.
Non-Fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt topped with fresh fruit satisfies the sweet craving yet allows you to get your dairy (without the guilt) and plenty of fruit servings. Favorite fruit toppings for me are raspberries, strawberries, bananas, and pineapple. Use more than one at a time and have fun with it. Great for a light dinner at the end of the day.45265
Substitute ice cream with frozen fruit. Not only will your taste buds thank you for the treat, but you'll sneak in some daily fruit servings this way too. I like to mix up frozen mango chunks, pomegranate seeds and berries, but you can use whatever fruit you like. (click for more info)
MORE INFORMATION:
Let the fruit thaw out a bit for a few minutes before eating to get it softer.
I get my fruit pre-frozen from Trader Joe's, but if you don't have that convenience, you can easily buy fruit, clean it, prep it (cut bigger fruit into bite-sized pieces) and freeze it in freezer bags. Enjoy!
