I make me a very good and Healthy Desert today, and here is what I make,I cut two apples take the core out, then cut them in slices about half inch thick, get one cup of water mix with with Honey and cook apples until soft, or to your desire texture, make all liquid dry out but not burn, then sprinkle with ground walnuts or Pecan and Cinnamon, I share it with my Hubby today and he Love it,very Healthy,Give it a try.

Since this is a life style change and not a diet I needed to learn how to eat deserts. So I now eat them in cupcake papers. Ice cream or apple pie, or a piece of cake in a cupcake paper looks festive and sufficient as compared to the same amount lost on a desert plate. Double satisfaction, having the desert and remaining in control.
