Overly acidic diets include fatigue, teeth problems & inflammation. It also causes bacteria to develop & high acid will create gum disease& bad breathe. Alkaline foods will neutralize the acidity. When your body is highly acidic, you feel sick. If you’re eating acidic foods, have cheese, milk or another non-acidic food or drink with them. Lack of pH balance can result in stress, fatigue, depression, & a host pof other illnesses. Eating low sugar citrus fruits, veggies, nuts, tubers, & legumes
