SHREDDED wheat has lots of protein which is high in fiber, which helps reduce cholesterol in the bloodstream and helps reduce the risk of heart attack. Insoluble fiber eliminates constipation and helps relieve acid reflux. It is also high in iron which helps the metabolism and relieves symtoms of stress, fatigue and headaches. I am not tlaking about the frosted kind, but plain, so try some today with berries to sweeten.
