Protein based food is very filling because it is one of the few compounds digested in your stomache, not in your intestines. For an awesome protein snack what i like to do is take a hard boiled egg and cut out the yolk leaving only the white. Then i stuff the white with something yummy! Egg whites are flavorless so you can get pretty creative. I have stuffed them with turkey lunch meat and a drop of mustard but you could also try yogurt, cottage cheese, salsa, there are so many possibilities!!!!

    Great Idea! Don't fprget to add the yolf at times because egg yolks are rich in vitamins such as vitamin A, E and D, copper, calcium, folate and iron. The yolk is good in helping maintain eye health and brain function with omega 3's and Omega 6. WILL TRY YOUR IDEAS TOO! THANKS FOR YOUR POST
