This Sparked Me!

As you lay down to sleep, start breathing in long slow breaths (in & out). As you breathe in, think to yourself , "Wealth". As you breath out, think "Success". I imagine good things coming to me and happiness and imagine that positive energy going out.
I feel that this positive energy will in turn come back to me and I go to sleep in a great frame of mind.
