I've lost 50 lbs once, gained it back plus more, and then lost 75 lbs from January 2011-May 2011 and have been slightly losing since then. I have had the struggles that everyone experiences and the only way to have success is to have a positive attitude in combination with the mental strength to make decisions that are beneficial to your goals. Once you have success, whether its 5 lbs or 50 lbs, the positive emotions you endure should drive you to keep working hard to achieve what you deserve!
